We are surrounded by apple orchards! We aim to support local agriculture and farmers by increasing demand for their sweet nectar. This will preserve the picturesque landscapes that surround us, while also  promoting the preservation of heirloom apple varieties that have been grown with love and passed down through generations.


With endless possibilities, cider is an incredibly fresh and bright beverage. We use our strong technical knowledge of cider to explore how to incorporate unusual ingredients into traditional and modern styles. We focus a massive amount of love and energy into each cider before setting it free into the world. Starcut Ciders exists to create modern ciders for people on planet earth and beyond

Pulsar

Pulsar is a Dry Cider made with Michigan apples and fermented with Pinot Noir yeast. Fresh apple blends with a slight tartness, leading into a crisp, dry finish. Like all Starcut Ciders, Pulsar has no added sweeteners, leaving you with less than one gram of natural sugar per serving. It’s a cider worth celebrating.

Octorock

Octorock is a light, refreshing Hard Cider made with Michigan apples. A perfect balance of sweet and bright apple flavors that blend to mimic the experience of biting into a freshly picked apple on a crisp fall day. Lucky for you though, it’s available year-round. Even better? It’s all-natural and gluten-free with no added sugars.

Semi-dry Fruit Cider inspired by Short’s Brewing Company’s Soft Parade. Immortal Jelly is fermented with Michigan apples and a blend of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

Peach Mosa 

The combination of dry cider and fresh orange juice found in Mosa is light, bright, and absolutely delish. And when you add a touch of peach to the mix, the flavors come together for a sweet, juicy take on a classic cocktail that’s gluten-free, all-natural, and with no added sugars.

The long, cold nights bring the haunting glow of the Northern Lights to the horizon, so we made Aurora Borealis to bring boozy warmth to the winter with bold apple flavors and a dry profile.
