Jasper’s Astro is a semi-dry blend of a White Oak aged Perry and a cider made with apples from Boals Orchards.  Enticing toffee aromas lead into sweet pear fruit flavors with a satisfying fullness. The finish is sufficiently dry with a low level of acidity.
