Mutoh is a semi-dry cider fermented with Belgian and Champagne yeasts. This cider is slightly hazy with a light yellow color and complex aromas of sweet fruit, clove, and nutmeg. Tart green apple flavors are met by a bold and lively effervescence, that cleanses and dries the palate.
