Starcut Ciders has been pouring from taps for one whole year, and we want to celebrate! Join us for a party at Short’s Brewing Company on Saturday, February 20th. Kicking off at 11:00 am, the pub will have 10 ciders on tap to enjoy with our handcrafted fare. Cheers to Starla’s birthday with some old favorites and brand new releases on tap. Beginning at 11:00 am, we’ll be releasing 750ml bottles of the first four ciders in our wild cider series, Erraticus #1, Erraticus #2, Erraticus #3, and Erraticus #4.

The party continues all night long with Vox Vidorra taking the stage at 8:30 pm. With live music, new libations, food specials, and maybe even an appearance by Starla herself,  this is one party you won’t want to miss!

Aurora Borealis – sweet cider made from apples picked and pressed while frozen, and then aged in Bourbon Barrels for 9 months. 9.7%

White Skies – sweet golden colored Perry fermented with English Ale yeast and aged in White Oak barrels. 8.8 %

Grandma Emmerick’s Apple Pie – Semi Dry spiced cider crafted to taste like apple pie. 7.6%

Izabella – Semi Dry wild cider made from 100% Jonathan apples, crisp, tangy and delicious. 6.5%

Olly Spex – Olly Spex is a semi-dry cider brewed with Belgian yeast and dry hopped with El Dorado hops.

Pulsar – semi-dry cider with soft fruit and white wine-like aromas. 6.9%

Octorock – semi-sweet cider with delicate fruit and yeast aromas, candied apple flavors, and a generous amount of sweetness before a clean finish. 6.3%

Squishy – semi-sweet cider made with Michigan cherries from King’s Orchard. Ruby red in color, sweet dark fruit flavors lead into a boldly tart and dry finish. 7.5%

Immortal Jelly – experimental cider fermented with a blend of northern Michigan apples, along with raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. 7.8%

Flamingo Juice – semi-dry hard cider made with red fleshed Otterson and crab apples. 7%
